    We also acquire parameters, restraints, and specifications that you may have and include them in the design parameters guideline.

    In Phase 2 we let our imaginations run wild and unleash our creative freedom. No design concept is too far-fetched as long as it falls within the design parameters formulated in Phase 1.

    This phase is highly interactive and we involve you during every step of the process.
  • Product Design Phase 3 | Design Verification
    Phase 3 | Design Verification

    We begin Phase 3 once you have narrowed down and selected a concept or combination of concepts from Phase 2. We refine and/or combine concepts into one cohesive, remarkably functional, aesthetically superior design and package it into a highly detailed drawing.

    This detailed drawing serves as a base design reference for your CAD model or Technical Drawing provided in the next phase.

    In Phase 4 we produce a virtual manifestation of your product in 3-D space as a CAD model.

    The 3-D CAD model allows us to analyze various factors such as tolerances, ergonomics, and materials.

    The virtual space allows us to run real world test such as load bearing, mechanical functions, physics, and structural integrity.
  • Product Design Phase 5 | Prototyping
    Phase 5 | Prototyping

    Utilizing the CAD model produced in the previous phase, Phase 5 involves fabricating a tangible prototype of your product derived from the CAD model.

    This physical prototype serves as the sample and standard for manufacturing your product. The prototype allows us to examine the functionality and form factor in real life and make adjustments if needed before moving ahead into full manufacturing.
